Private Pilot Terms

Statuvo is currently offered as a limited private pilot. These terms are a practical pilot foundation and may change as the product develops.

Business responsibilities

Participating businesses are responsible for the information they enter, its accuracy, and their authority to share it. Do not enter highly sensitive information, including passwords, device passcodes, financial credentials, government identifiers, or medical records.

Tracking links

Tracking links act as bearer credentials and should be shared only with intended recipients. Businesses are responsible for revoking or replacing links that may have been disclosed more broadly.

Pilot service

Features, availability, and data practices may change during the pilot. Statuvo does not yet offer an uptime or service-level guarantee. Businesses should retain their own operational system of record and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful content or activity.

Optional Statuvo SMS program

Statuvo business-interest messages identify Statuvo, may vary in frequency, and may be subject to message and data rates. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a business inquiry.

SMS delivery will begin only after Statuvo has an approved, compliant messaging sender. HELP and support instructions will be published before operational messaging begins. Carrier and provider opt-out handling applies.

Ownership and providers

Businesses retain responsibility for and rights in the information they submit. Statuvo and its product materials remain the property of their respective owners. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and software providers.

Limits of the pilot

The pilot is provided on an experimental basis without promises beyond those expressly stated here. Any limitation of responsibility will be interpreted conservatively and subject to applicable law. These pilot terms are not presented as attorney-reviewed commercial terms.
