Early Access Terms

Statuvo is currently offered in early access. These terms are a practical foundation and may change as the product develops.

Free email service

The current offer is free and includes up to 120 new projects per workspace each UTC calendar month. Status updates do not consume that project allowance. Existing projects stay available when the allowance is reached. Email has additional anti-abuse rate limits, and acceptance by an email provider does not guarantee receipt in a customer's inbox. SMS is not included or enabled. Optional integrations require separate setup and provider availability.

Help and data requests

Use Support and privacy requests for account help, security concerns, or a request to access or delete data. We verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting account or workspace information. Do not send credentials, payment details, or private customer tracking links. Support requests do not automatically delete data or guarantee an immediate reply.

Accounts and authorized use

You must have authority to act for your business, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials secure. Tell support@statuvo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Statuvo provides software; the participating business is responsible for its services, prices, warranties, and customer disputes.

Acceptable use and communications

Do not use Statuvo for spam, purchased contact lists, deceptive messages, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, unauthorized access, or collecting sensitive information prohibited by these terms. Project notifications must relate to the disclosed customer relationship. Honor requests to stop optional messages and comply with applicable privacy and messaging laws. Do not bypass sending limits or opt-outs.

Review requests must seek honest feedback. Do not buy positive reviews, make rewards depend on positive sentiment, or use threats to suppress negative feedback. Third-party review platforms may impose additional rules.

Service changes and suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, or legal obligations. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Free access does not authorize an automatic charge; any future paid offer requires separate disclosure and agreement. We will communicate material changes as required by applicable law.

Consumer rights and legal notices

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Send company legal notices to admin@imeiclear.com. Business responsibilities

Participating businesses are responsible for the information they enter, its accuracy, and their authority to share it. Do not enter highly sensitive information, including passwords, device passcodes, financial credentials, government identifiers, or medical records.

Tracking links act as bearer credentials and should be shared only with intended recipients. Businesses are responsible for revoking or replacing links that may have been disclosed more broadly.

Early-access service

Features, availability, and data practices may change during early access. Statuvo does not yet offer an uptime or service-level guarantee. Businesses should retain their own operational system of record and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful content or activity.

Optional project text notifications

A participating business may ask Statuvo to send transactional project status and tracking-link texts on its behalf only after the customer has given express written consent. The business is responsible for obtaining and retaining legally sufficient, verifiable permission and for using project texts only for the disclosed service relationship. Text consent is optional; a tracking link may be shared another way.

Message frequency varies with project activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to block further project texts, START to remove that provider-level block for project texts already authorized, or HELP for program information. START does not create new project consent. For help with the underlying project, contact the participating business handling the work.

Optional Statuvo business-interest SMS program

Statuvo business-interest messages identify Statuvo, may vary in frequency, and may be subject to message and data rates. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a business inquiry.

SMS delivery will begin only after Statuvo has an approved, compliant messaging sender and campaign for the applicable program. HELP and owned support instructions will be verified before operational messaging begins. Carrier and provider opt-out handling applies. Statuvo's tracked local, staging, and production configuration currently keeps SMS delivery disabled.

Ownership and providers

Businesses retain responsibility for and rights in the information they submit. Statuvo and its product materials remain the property of their respective owners. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and software providers.

Limits of early access

Early access is provided on an experimental basis without promises beyond those expressly stated here. Any limitation of responsibility will be interpreted conservatively and subject to applicable law. These terms are not presented as attorney-reviewed commercial terms.
