Email and SMS notices

Current availability

Statuvo currently provides email updates. SMS is not enabled. The SMS information below describes the conditions for a future messaging program, not an invitation to join an active text program.

Project and account email

Account emails help you verify your address, recover access, or receive service information. Participating businesses may send project status and tracking-link emails to their customers. The business is responsible for the recipient details and lawful use of customer information.

Ask the business handling your project to stop optional project notifications or correct your email address. You can also contact support@statuvo.com for assistance. Necessary account-security messages are separate from optional product announcements.

Product announcements and marketing

An optional signup request for an email about the availability of SMS is not text-message consent. You may withdraw that email request by contacting support@statuvo.com. Do not use project updates for unsolicited advertising, purchased lists, or bulk promotional campaigns. Marketing communications require separate compliance measures, including accurate sender information, an appropriate postal address, and a working opt-out process.

Future optional text notifications

If SMS becomes available, the signup or consent notice must identify the sender and the purpose of the messages before you give express written consent. Project messages relate to the participating business's work. Statuvo inquiry messages relate to your request to Statuvo. Consent to one program does not authorize another. Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance when the program is active, or contact support@statuvo.com. You may also communicate a request to stop through the business or Statuvo support. A new affirmative choice is required before resuming messages; START alone does not establish consent for a new project.

Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process information to deliver the requested messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help, privacy, and delivery

Email and SMS delivery are not guaranteed. Do not rely on Statuvo for emergency or safety-critical communications. For software help or an unwanted message, contact support@statuvo.com or use our support form. For the work itself, contact the participating business.
